Flexible Cancellation Policy

For reservations made for stays through April 10th, 2021 guests who have existing reservations or make new reservations, have the ability to adjust their travel dates for free at any time. Crescent Royale Condominiums is also providing refunds (minus a $155.00 processing fee) for any existing reservations or new reservations made for stays through April 10th, 2021.

After April 10th, we will go back to our cancellation policy in the contract.

The safety and well-being of our guests is a top priority for Crescent Royale Condominiums. Due to the ongoing changes and unforeseeable due to COVID-19, we have implemented new policies to provide our guests with increased comfort and flexibility when staying in one of our condos in Siesta Key, Florida.

Rental Policy 

We will provide the guest the following via e-mail before check in:

  • CDC resources
  • Local Covid-19 info from SCGOV.net website
  • Inform guests signage will be placed on property highlighting the cleaning protocols

Enhanced Cleaning Policy 

Elevators: During COVID-19 elevators are restricted to one person/one family at one time. Hand sanitizer will be available outside each elevator on main floor.

Pool Area: The Florida Dept. of Health recommends following CDC guidelines for social distancing and allows no more than 50% of our bathing load in the pool. Our maximum pool bathing load is 30 so we are limiting the number of people in the pool to 15 at any one time. We have arranged the tables and chairs so the chairs are in groups of 2 with six foot clearance and tables are arranged to provide six foot clearance.

We will continue to provide disinfecting spray and paper towels at the pool and encourage guests/owners to clean chairs and tables before they sit and after they get up.

Grill Area: Two related people per grill area at one time.

Common Elements: Property & Common Areas are cleaned by Dolphin Cleaning.

Fitness Center: The Fitness Center is now open to owners and guests between the hours of 7am-10pm. You must reserve a spot 24 hours in advance.  It is limited to one guest/family at one time.

Recreation Room: The recreation room and office area is open to guests and owners to interact with staff.
