CANCELLATION If Tenant needs to cancel for any reason after a reservation is confirmed, and the cancellation request is received in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival, then a full refund of all monies paid will be made, less the $55 processing fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If Tenant requests a cancellation within sixty (60) days prior to arrival, a refund will be made in the amount that the CRCA rental office is able to rebook the unit for the cancelled time period, less the $55 processing fee and a $100 cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival if the unit is not rebooked. Travel Insurance is available. Any forfeiture of deposits for a reservation shall be considered liquidated damages and shall be paid as damages to the association and/or owner for forbearance in renting to others, and cancellation, administrative, and advertising expenses.

  • No smoking in any of the units or lanais or anywhere on property except in designated smoking areas.
  • During COVID-19, elevators are restricted to one person/one family at one time. Hand sanitizer will be available outside each elevator on main floor.
  • Pets are not allowed except for service animals as set forth under Federal laws including the ADA, Florida laws, and local laws.
  • The only vehicles allowed are passenger type automobiles defined as cars and light trucks up to 3/4 ton. No motorcycles are allowed overnight, and locally rented scooters should be used only to exit and enter the property.  Trailers are not allowed.
  • All vehicles must display a valid parking permit which shall be obtained at the office. Vehicles without passes are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense.
  • Park all vehicles forward into parking spaces.
  • Owners or persons renting a unit shall park in the one space assigned to that specific unit.
  • Uncovered spaces are provided for guest parking and second cars, if any, driven by owners or renters. These cars also must have a valid permit displayed.
  • Luggage carts are available at the office and grocery carts are located on the ground floor adjacent to the elevator entrances. Carts should be returned promptly after use.
  • Footwear should be worn outside. Bare feet track dirt, tar, and oily sand into the units, recreation building and common areas.
  • The use of aerosol sunscreens is not allowed anywhere on Crescent Royale Property. Aerosol sunscreens can damage property and significantly stain walkways, railings, concrete, pavers etc.
  • When returning from the beach, please thoroughly wash sand from shoes, feet, chairs, etc., at one of the washing stations provided on the front lawn near the street.
  • The use of skateboards, roller skates, or rollerblades is prohibited on the premises.
  • Any/all accidents that may occur while on property shall be reported ASAP to the property emergency phone number (941) 349-7766.

  • Laundry facilities are located on each floor. 
  • Washing machines and dryers accept credit cards for your convenience.
  • After using the dryer, please clean the filter.
  • Please clean up any spills promptly.
  • Please report any laundry room or equipment issues to the main office.
  • Please leave laundry room doors closed at all times.

  • Recycling instructions are provided in each unit. Recycling is mandatory.
  • Please do not put items such as citrus, celery, onion skins, corn husks or bones into the garbage disposal. Failure to use the disposal responsibly could result in a maintenance service fee.
  • Garbage that is not recycled shall be contained in plastic and disposed of in the trash chute located in each laundry room or in the trash bin located on the 1st floor.


  • Located on the north side of the Clubhouse. 
  • Box numbers are assigned for each unit, with keys available at the office.
  • Note the building you are in: 757, 777, 797… and your unit number.


  • Smoking in elevators is strictly prohibited by law.
  • Parents shall make certain their children are supervised while using.
  • The use of elevators pads are required when transporting any large items that could cause damages to the elevators and will be provided by the office upon request.

  • Open hours reflect 7:00AM to 10:00 PM 
  • No bare feet are allowed. Shoes or sandals must be worn.
  • Wet bathing suits are prohibited.
  • Rec room equipment is to be used properly.


  • Hours reflect 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM with no lifeguard present so use at your own risk 
  • State law requires you to shower (south end of clubhouse exterior next to the restrooms) prior to entering the pool. You shall also use the outside shower to remove sand when returning from the beach, whether using the pool or not.
  • No glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
  • No food or drink is allowed within 4 feet of the water.
  • All chairs and chaise lounges must be covered with a towel.
  • The throwing of any objects in the pool and pool area is not permitted. Scuba diving equipment, water cannons, water pistols or similar devices are not permitted in the pool and are not allowed to be used in the pool area.
  • Jumping, diving, running and horseplay are not permitted in or around the pool.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult.
  • All children in diapers shall use swim diapers.
  • Audio players may be played at poolside only if utilized with ear/head phones.
  • Pool gates must be closed and latched at all times.
  • Do not swallow pool water and do not enter pool if you are ill.
  • The pool safety line shall remain attached at all times with exception of swimming laps. re-attach line when finished.
  • A renter may not have more than 4 pool guests at one time and renter must be present.

(guests are defined as individuals who are not owners or are not renting at Crescent Royale)


  • Hours reflect 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM 
  • Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Use equipment at your own risk. Do not enter rooms with wet swim suits or bare feet.


  • Grills are located adjacent to the office and are available on a first-come basis.
  • Grills must be cleaned after each use. Cleaning brushes are provided.
  • The barbeque area contains tables/chairs for dining, available on a first-come basis.


  • Charcoal (or other) grilling is strictly prohibited.
  • Hanging of items on any/all railings is not permitted.
  • No items may be left or stored on walkways.


  • Sunbathing, games, furniture, picnicking and cooking are not permitted on the front lawns.


  • Within units, please keep noise at reasonably low levels at all times (this includes musical instruments, audio players, televisions, etc.)
  • Audio players may be played in unit lanais only if utilized with ear/head phones.
