It was our first time staying at this property and we loved it! Everything is so clean and well kept. Lots of convenient amenities- storage lockers that have beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. They provide beach towels, and there are two stations in front of the building to hose the sand off when you come back from the beach. It was a short walk to the beach, about a 6 minute walk, but only because the beach is so wide. We loved CR and if we come back to siesta key, we will be sure to book here again!

We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving break. The location was great and we loved being on the ground floor. Condo was spacious & VERY clean. Had everything we needed to head out to the beach. We will definitely book this unit again!

We really enjoyed our stay in siesta key!!! The condo is conveniently located just across the siesta key beach! This condo is tastefully remodeled! Everything in the condo is brand NEW!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more!!! The beds are super comfortable!!! The bathroom has a rain shower and it was relaxing to use!!! The slide doors open fully so the balcony becomes one space with the living room. Everything about our vacation was amazing and I would rent this condo next time!

Love it here!!! My family and I made the trip here from Omaha, NE. I researched hundreds of condos and found myself coming back to this one every time. And let me tell you, it was worth every penny. Not only is it cost effective, it has everything you need. I think we only went into Sarasota 1 time. I slept great, ate well, I was comfortable, the locals were very nice, and the proximity to everything we wanted to do was easily accessible. We will try and make it back here at least once a year.

Our Stay at Condo #105 at Crescent Royale was outstanding! The Condo was completely refurbished and virtually everything was new. The first floor location made everything so easy to get to. The lanai was spacious and well equipped and had beautiful views. The owner (Sue) went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo and this complex!!

Crescent Royale is such a beautiful complex and the staff are THE best! We rented Unit 310 and loved the comfort and view. Can’t wait to return to our little slice of heaven on earth!

My wife and family have stayed at Crescent Royale many times and we just had another excellent 8 days at Crescent Royale and in Siesta Keys. Our unit at Crescent was perfect for my wife and I; perfectly cleaned, very bright and cheery, and it included absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, down to the coffee filters for the coffee maker. On the days that we did not cross the street to the most beautiful beach in the country, we sat at the wonderful pool at Crescent Royale. Also, reservations were very easy as Vin and the staff are both very friendly and extremely helpful! We will be coming back to Crescent Royale many times more!

We have always enjoyed staying at Crescent Royale, but it had been a few years. We booked directly through the office and Ashley and Sal were awesome with that process as it went smoothly and efficiently. When we checked in to our condo, the floors were damp. Ben came up right away and explained that the carpets were just cleaned and would see what he could do to help. He brought up a fan and tweaked the air conditioning for us. After a couple of hours, the carpets had not completely dried and Ben came up again and said he would see what he could do for us. He came back a few moments later with a proposal to put us in another condo and wanted us to check it out before deciding. He showed us an absolutely stunningly beautiful condo and of course we were delighted with that solution! We had an amazing week and were so pleased with our accommodations and could not have been happier with the personal and professional service we received from Ben, Ashley and Sal! They are such a great team! We would highly recommend staying at Crescent Royale for it’s great location, amenities and staff! Looking forward to staying there again in the future!

This property is beautiful! Incredible views and steps to the beach. The pool was a wonderful place to spend our evenings after a fun day at the beach. Our unit was perfect for our family of 5 (3 small children). All the staff was super friendly and helpful. I’ve already asked my extended family to come with us next year!

We love staying here when coming to FL!

My husband an I had a fabulous stay at Crescent Royale. The pool is heated to perfection and the beach location couldn’t be better.

Fantastic two week stay at a beautiful, clean and spacious condo!

Wonderful service and super clean fun atmosphere. Just across the street from the beach and a huge pool too!

I go here every year and it’s amazing.
