Our Siesta Key Condo Guidelines

Please read the following policies prior to your stay at Crescent Royale Condominiums to have the best experience at our condo rentals on Siesta Key.  

OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Saturday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Sundays. 

CANCELLATION: If Tenant needs to cancel for any reason after a reservation is confirmed, and the cancellation request is received in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to arrival, then a full refund of all monies paid will be made, less the $150 processing fee and a $100 cancellation fee. If Tenant requests a cancellation within sixty (60) days prior to arrival, a refund will be made in the amount that the Crescent Royale Rental Office is able to rebook the unit for the cancelled period, less the $150 processing fee and a $100 cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival if the unit is not rebooked.  

CHECK IN: 4:00 PM 

CHECK-OUT: 10:00 AM  

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS: 

RESPONSIBLE ADULT & PROOF OF AGE:  

  • At least one adult tenant leasing the unit shall be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and must occupy the rental unit for the entire rental period. 
  • Proof of age including current driver’s license, official state ID, or passport will be required at check-in. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid for the rental. 
  • No smoking in any of the units, lanais, or anywhere on property except in designated smoking areas. 
  • Pets are not allowed, except for service animals as set forth under Federal laws including the ADA, Florida laws, and local laws. 
  • The only vehicles allowed are passenger type automobiles defined as cars and light trucks up to 3/4 ton. No motorcycles are allowed overnight, and locally rented scooters should be used only to exit and enter the property. Trailers are not allowed. 
  • Use of scooters shall be limited to entering and exiting the property. 
  • All vehicles must display a valid parking permit which shall be obtained at the office. Vehicles without passes are subject to towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. 
  • Park all vehicles forward into parking spaces. 
  • Persons renting a unit shall park in the one space assigned to that specific unit. 
  • Uncovered spaces are provided for guest parking and second cars, if any, driven by renters. These cars also must have a valid permit displayed. 
  • Bicycles must be stored in the designated bike storage areas. 
  • Luggage carts are available at the office. Grocery carts are located on the ground floor adjacent to the elevator entrances. Carts should be returned promptly after use. 
  • Footwear should be worn outside. Bare feet track dirt, tar, and oily sand into units, recreation buildings, and communal areas. 
  • The use of aerosol sunscreens is not allowed anywhere on Crescent Royale Condominiums Property. Aerosol sunscreens can damage property and significantly stain walkways, railings, concrete, pavers, etc. 
  • When returning to Crescent Royale Condominiums from the beach, please thoroughly wash sand from shoes, feet, chairs, etc. at one of the washing stations provided on the front lawn near the street. 
  • The use of skateboards, roller skates, or rollerblades is prohibited on our premises. 
  • Any/all accidents that may occur while on our property shall be reported ASAP to our property emergency phone number by calling (941) 349-7766. 

LAUNDRY FACILITIES: 

*Please limit hours of use to between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily 

  • Laundry facilities are located on each floor.  
  • Washing machines and dryers accept credit cards for your convenience. 
  • After using the dryer, please clean the filter. 
  • Please clean up any spills promptly. 
  • Please report any laundry room or equipment issues to the main office ASAP. 
  • Please always leave laundry room doors closed. 

TRASH AND RECYCLING: 

*Please limit hours of use to between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily 

  • Recycling instructions are provided in each unit. 
  • Recycling is mandatory. 
  • Please do not put items such as citrus, celery, onion skins, corn husks, or bones into the garbage disposal.  
  • Failure to use the garbage disposal responsibly could result in a maintenance service fee. 
  • Garbage that is not recycled shall be contained in plastic and disposed of in the trash chute located in each laundry room or in the trash bin located on the 1st floor. 

MAIL: 

  • Mailboxes are located on the north side of the clubhouse.  
  • Box numbers are assigned for each unit, with keys available at the office. 
  • Note the building you are in and your unit number. 

ELEVATORS: 

  • Smoking in elevators is prohibited by law. 
  • Parents must ensure their children are supervised when riding elevators. 
  • The use of elevator pads is required when transporting any sizable items that could cause damage to the elevator. Pads are provided by the office upon request.  

RECREATION ROOM: 

*Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult 

  • The hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. 
  • No bare feet are allowed. Shoes or sandals must be worn. 
  • Wet bathing suits are prohibited. 
  • Recreation room equipment is to be used properly. 

POOL AREA: 

  • Florida law requires showering prior to entering the pool. 
  • Showers are located at the south end of the clubhouse exterior, next to the restrooms. 
  • No glass containers are permitted in the pool area. 
  • No food or drink (including water) is allowed within 4 feet of the pool. 
  • All chairs and chaise lounges must be covered with a towel. 
  • Throwing any objects in the pool or pool area is not permitted. 
  • Scuba diving equipment, water cannons, water pistols, or similar devices are not permitted in the pool or pool area. 
  • Jumping, diving, running, and horseplay are not permitted in or around the pool. 
  •  Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult. 
  • All children in diapers must use swim diapers. 
  • Audio players may be played at the poolside only if utilized with ear/headphones. 
  • Pool gates must always be closed and latched. 
  • Do not swallow pool water and do not enter the pool if you are ill.  
  • The pool safety line shall always remain attached except for swimming laps. Please re-attach the line when you are finished. 
  • Renters may not have more than 4 pool guests at one time and a renter must be present. 
    (Guests are defined as individuals who are not owners or are not renting at Crescent Royale Condominiums). 

FITNESS CENTER:  

  • The hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. 
  • Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 
  • Use equipment at your own risk.  
  • Do not enter rooms with wet swimsuits or bare feet. 

GAS GRILLS: 

  • Grills are located adjacent to our main office and are available on a first-come first-serve basis. 
  • Grills must be cleaned after each use. Cleaning brushes are provided. 
  • The barbeque area contains tables and chairs for dining, available on a first-come first serve basis. 

WALKWAYS, LANAIS, & RAILINGS: 

  • All grilling, including charcoal, is prohibited. 
  • Hanging of items on any/all railings is not permitted. 
  • No items may be left or stored on walkways. 

LAWN AREA: 

  • Sunbathing, games, furniture, picnicking, and cooking are not permitted on the front lawns. 

NOISE: 

  • Within units, please always keep noise at low levels (this includes musical instruments, audio players, televisions, etc.) 
  • Audio players may be played in unit lanais only if utilized with ear/headphones. 

SMOKING: 

  • Smoking is not allowed in any of the units or lanais or anywhere on property, except in designated smoking areas.
