Best Vaca Condo!!

We stayed at the Crescent Royale with about 12 other families for children’s spring break. We were simply amazed at how well our condo was maintained and equipped. The owners truly thought of all the extras! Several of the families visited our condo over the week and all commented that this one was much nicer than theirs. Not in a negative way, just that the owners thought of everything and added so many simple but extra touches! We literally didn’t need to bring anything except the clothes we would wear for the week. I cannot speak highly enough about this condo, and we’re already planning what week we could come back next year! Can’t wait until you open up the 2027 dates so we can book! We definitely want to do another week that is not spring break, to avoid a little bit of that extra congestion Lol!!

This unit is well stocked, we did not need a thing – it even has beach equipment! The maintenance crew is excellent, we had a minor issue which they were able to take care of immediately. We so love being here!

This is a beautiful Unit! It offers an updated and open kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom! We had a few lightbulbs out and the team here took care of replacing them immediately. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back!

Pleasantly surprised – found this Unit on the internet

I found this unit on the internet and was so happy when I arrived! It was just as described and offered everything I needed. The location is amazing directly across the street from Siesta Key Beach and close the the village. The trolly that runs up and down the key was also a bonus. Great find – looking forward to coming back.

This is a beautiful condo. The bathrooms offered 2 walk in showers which we greatly appreciated. The kitchen is open and inviting it is well stocked with upgraded appliances. Our stay here was amazing.

Unit 302 is a very comfortable unit. Kitchen has been remodeled and updated. I especially like that the glass doors that divide the unit from its lanai have been removed which opens up the space immensely. Smart move! Great view of the beach and Gulf of America!

It was our first time staying at this property and we loved it! Everything is so clean and well kept. Lots of convenient amenities- storage lockers that have beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. They provide beach towels, and there are two stations in front of the building to hose the sand off when you come back from the beach. It was a short walk to the beach, about a 6 minute walk, but only because the beach is so wide. We loved CR and if we come back to siesta key, we will be sure to book here again!

We had a great stay here over Thanksgiving break. The location was great and we loved being on the ground floor. Condo was spacious & VERY clean. Had everything we needed to head out to the beach. We will definitely book this unit again!

We really enjoyed our stay in siesta key!!! The condo is conveniently located just across the siesta key beach! This condo is tastefully remodeled! Everything in the condo is brand NEW!!! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and more!!! The beds are super comfortable!!! The bathroom has a rain shower and it was relaxing to use!!! The slide doors open fully so the balcony becomes one space with the living room. Everything about our vacation was amazing and I would rent this condo next time!
